Welcome to Harmony Villas/ Sleeps 2-6
A warm welcome awaits all our guests at the 'Harmony Villas' in Zakynthos.
The villas are located in the village of Mouzaki close to picturesque countryside, facing green fields and the central mountain range of Vrachionas. The surrounding area is quiet, away from the main roads, but close to local amenities.
A taxi rank & bus stop is only a very short walk away, here you will also find a super market, car rentals, restaurants & one of the quieter bars along with several hotels all of which welcome guests to share their amenities.
We are positioned in close reach of the beaches on the south of the island where you will find miles of safe, gently shelving sand with water so clear and warm you could be in the Caribbean, yet, you are just a couple of hours from most European cities. There is wild nightlife to be had in the nearby centre of Lagana, and the stunning main town centre is a five minute drive away. The airport is close, yet, we are well away from the flight path. 'Harmony Villas' make the ideal place to stay on your holiday - close to everything when you want it while being far enough away from it all when you don`t.
The villas were constructed in 2009 by a team of people who wanted to create a blend of traditional and contemporary design. Their aim, to provide a high level of exclusivity & service at an affordable price with a huge emphasis placed on personal service to make your stay with us one of your most pleasant & relaxing holidays.
The exterior is of local natural stone in a style reminiscent of dwellings once found on the island helping to meld the new with the natural beauty of the surrounding environment, a contemporary look greets you as you step through the door, the spacious living areas of all the villas are a mix of ultra modem and traditional to give guests all the comfort and safety of a modern building but add to this with a strong sense of real homeliness.
The large private patios provide an idyllic place to sit in the early evening and enjoy the sun set with ample space for all to have an alfresco meal.
Along with traditional Greek hospitality supplied by the hosts, we will guarantee to do all we can, to make your holiday with us in Zakynthos an unforgettable one for all the right reasons.
The Villas
Each villa consists of three main rooms and can accommodate 6 people. There are two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen / living room. In addition, there is a large shower room. The villas have a spacious patio with garden furniture, facing the setting sun.
- Bedroom No 1 : A double bed and wall to wall wardrobes. High security French bifold windows with shutters & mosquito blinds.
- Bedroom No 2 : Two single beds and drawers cabinet. High security French bifold windows with shutters & mosquito blinds.
- Toilet : Shower room : Toilet standard fittings. Enclosed shower cubical. Hair dryer. Copious amounts of hot water at all times. High security window with mosquito blinds.
- Kitchen : Open plan, fully-fitted kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic-top cooker, convectional oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee-maker and kettle. All required crockery and cutlery provided.
- Living room : Airy and spacious. LCD -TV with integrated DVD and MP3 player. Satellite reception of over 300 channels. The double sofa-bed in the living room can accommodate comfortably two extra adults or children. High security French bifold windows with shutters & mosquito blinds.
Each villa is also equipped with iron and ironing board. All the living areas are equipped with separate air-conditioning units supplying hot or cold air as required. The villas also boast a wood fireplace for those chilly nights of winter.
We have also equipped each villa with a mobile phone and Greek number on a pay-as-you-go basis, so you can stay in touch with your loved ones back home without paying excessive roaming rates.
Welcome drinks are provided & upon arrival there is always bottled water, tea and coffee in the kitchen.
General cleaning is provided twice a week along with change of linen and towels (unless otherwise agreed).
